1 or 2 subs

I just got a used planet audio 2 channel 300 wrms amp in a trade(for a paintball gun on pbnation) and am clueless when it comes to car audio. I'll be putting it in a extended cab 96 toyota t100 and am looking to push some subs with it. What would yield better results with such a small amp, using 2 10's or a single 15 or 12"?

I also am getting a used ppi 404 art series amp and I've been told it's a very nice and older amp. I was told it'd be better to use it for speakers and such rather than subs. What do yall think?

But id like 2 10s...like some RE REs or something lesser down the line

Maybe even the 1510s from DD...theyd prolly do ok

I would think a pair of JL 10W6's would do quite nicely off of 300 X 2.
