I have just a 2-channel amp running my svc 4 ohm Xtant right now. I need an amp for my front speakers, and I was wondering what I should do. I need to get a new amp for my sub either way.
I'm building a fiberglass amp rack for my current amp, so I've narrowed it down to which new amps will fit in the amp rack for both options.
1) Get one 4-channel amp, run my front comps off of channels 1 & 2, and run my sub off bridged channels 3&4.
or
2) Get a new amp for my sub (2-channel) and get a 4-channel amp for my front and rear speakers. (I could also get a 2-channel amp for just my comps and run my rear deck speakers off the HU) Either way, I would have to put the second amp elsewhere, as it won't fit in my amp rack.
