what ohm load were you running at?

1ohm. I think my ALT is rated at 125amp but im not sure about that one. I myself was very surprised that the voltage was so high on such a big amp. I guess the two Stinger SPV70's helped out a bunch.

Well yeah, didnt realize you had two reserve batts, that might explain alot.

RD audio camps have proven to be pretty f*cking solid lately.

I would personally try that.
