1 amp + 4 subs=?

what would be the best amp for my friend to use for

-2-12" mtx 6000 dual 4 ohm's and 2 12" DUAL subs in the prefab box. i made him a fiberglass box for the mtx's but he insists on running all 4. he has 165 to spend. whats my best bet?

best bet is to ditch the dual's and use only the mtx subs with an amp capable of handling a 1 ohm load. But if he insists on all 4 (and is being a complete moron) then let us know what kind of voice-coil config the dual subs have. You won't have too many options with $165.
