1.5 cf box but biiig port any trouble?

hello there, since the last box i made. i was thinking to remake that box. sounds very loud but something subwoofer had not enough space i guess,

note: im just making some xperiments with boxes this i on of those.

subwoofer pioneer 12 400 rms

thinking on:

box: 1.5-1.7 cf

port: 36sq inches (30-40 inches long)

just looking for some good kicks, and i thoug about bigger port looking some more spl and sq

am i right?

opinions? warning? suggestions?

i had a 1.5f^2 net enclosure for 2 sa-8V.2s that had 60" of port. enclosure was like 4.5 cubes gross.

is there any difference if i start sw 45s curve within 3..4...5.. inches from corners? speaking about air flow

i was thinking no difference because still in 45 but also was thinking less turbulence not sure
