Find a good used 4-5k amp, run it at 2 ohms. Plenty of power, and tons of headroom. And room for upgrade down the road.

Stetsom 2K5es? 2-Ohm version, but with an issue. I bought it off of CACO a few years back intending to run some big PA mids with it, however it had a constant hum through the speakers. Don't know what it does on subs and bass. In awesome cosmetic condition. Let me know if your interested.

Seeing as I find myself being an Orion fanboy of late but I’m going to recommend an XTR again, specifically XTR2500.1DZ rated at 1600wrms @12.6v .5%THD and they are reliably underrated from what I’ve seen I think they put out about 1800 @14.4v 1% THD certified but you might want to watch BigDWiz’s dyno video of the amp they are monsters for the money.
