1 15 or 2 15s?

now that ill have the next 3 months off large amounts of free time,

time do build somethin new.

i have 2 15" RE XXX 05s waitin to get used..

now ill go through both options and they'll be in a hatch,

option 1.

1 15" RE XXX wired to 2 ohms.

box 5.43 cubic feet (max) tuned to 32hz.

2000 rms. port and sub facing driver side wall. from other celica owners,

this corner apparently has a high Db increase.

option 2.

2 15" RE xxx wired to 1 ohm

box 6.28 cubic feet. tuned to 30hz

3000 rms port and sub up towards hatch/glass.

now many may flock to the 2nd option, but im worried about having the port and subs facing up, of me blowing out the hatch glass or losing DB from all the glass flex.

i could try both. but im curious on what you guys reccomend.

option 2...lows

replace the glass with lexan

if you have the space, 2 is almost always better than 1

However option one has the waves reflecting off two surfaces allowing a 6db increase vs the 3db increase maybe of option two, with it flexing off glass. I'm playing devils advocate just to here some why behind choice

Since I'm a **** when it comes to the lows, my vote goes to option 2.

welll its 14-0 so i guess thatll be my best route then. need to get a HO then too to run .5ohm on them aqs
