I lopped an inch off of the spool and took some more photos to be sure that the wire did not contain the "magnetic flux tube". There is NO tube in this wire, it is all wire. See pics....

No I don't. Like I said, I believe this may be an old model of wire because all I can find on the Monster Cable website is the 400 series. The 400 series is supposed to have the plastic tube running down the center of the cable, this cable does not have the tube, but it does have Monster Cable printed on the insulation.
