I have 52 ft of rubber 1/0 and 25 feet of neoprene 3/0. This is high strand count welding wire not the medium strand count stuff from welding supply.com or your local hardware store. Its very expensive new.

Still have some of the 3/0 and any idea where to get a reducer from 3/0 to 1/0 and ends?

You just trim it down. I only have about 5 feet left.

The current goes into the other strands right after where you trimmed it down. Wire is only large because its 15-20 ft. run. Cutting off a few strands on the last inch doesnt affect anything.
