Wrong. That is the concept piece that the 08 maro will be based of of. The 08 maro is going to be produced on the zeta platform along side the 08 GTO which will also use the zeta platform. Both will start out being made in OZ as the GTO is now. Now as to how much the production version will look like the concept is another thing altogether.

That isn't a 98. 98 was the start of the LS1 powered 'maro and had the newer nose/headlight fascia.

When I posted that image, I had that particular generation in mind, not the '98 itself, same as the earlier Camaros, one of them is a '68 I believe. I just did not know which gens were which.

its also said that the new camarro wont be using any LS blocks, but rather blocks like the ones in the escalade, and denali. and possibly an alum. 454. i have actually thought about getting one if the handling is good enough, the z28, not the one with the 454

454 camaro would be sweet. i agree they look kind of shitty, at least the front and rear do. nothing wrong with a vintage look if it comes off smoothly, which i dont think it does. then again, i though the same thing when i first saw the 4th gen camaro/ta's and mustangs, and both of them grew on me, same thing with when they both updated the bodies in 98 and 99.

still think the 3rd gen f-bodies are the nicest looking since the 70-71's.
