07 BMW 335i coupe install issues

I currently have this setup i want to use

2 12' SA12-D4

mrx-240 mono amp

pxa-h800 sound processor

PPI P900.4 4 chan amp

my question is, how to hook all this up with out frying my car..i believe the alt puts out 180amps and im pretty sure they dont make HO alts for this car. I know you can have alts rewired and boost up the amps but will that throw off the computer settings...

also, would the Big 3 mess up the car as well or is it ok to do it?

Im thinking if I leave the stock alt, do the Big 3 and add a second battery like the XS D3400 with a battery isolator, would that suffice?

Next question is, if I were to add a second battery, would the alternator charge it or could it damage electrical components in the car.. I read that if you add a second battery, your main batter has to be the same as your second meaning i would have to have 2 XS D3400 but with BMW, they use a specific battery so i just cant throw anything in there...

Please, if anyone has done a high end upgrade on this car, help would greatly be appreciated
