i just got an 06 ssaturn ion havent ever messed with too much serious stuff my best setup was 2 diamond audio d3 4ohmdvc wired to 1 ohm on a cadence txa 1000d im looking to do a single 15 in the saturn on a budget and id like the output to be the same as the diamonds if not louder from what ive seen my idea would be a dc audio level 2 15 with correct box and amp might do it also im looking mainly for spl i cant really notice problems with sq

why not a custom sub to meet ur needs?

i wouldnt know how to go about a custom sub and this sub will be for daily driver use with real music no burps no comps and i mainly listern to rap but it will get rock and country too im not concerned about real numbers or anything else i just want it to sound as loud or louder then that diamond audio set up and to go a lil lower

You just asked for two completely opposite things. SPL and "daily use, no spl comps, no burps".

Plus, not one person here could accurately model your previous enclosure/subwoofer combination to begin to give you recommendations of how to surpass that system in ANY regard. You've not given enough information. The enclosure exact geometry has way more impact on what you already got and what you'll get from any sub or pair of subs than the amplifier power. Nobody can accurately compare any subs to your previous setup without knowing what your first setup did (response curve at the headrest).

since you want a single 15 and are on a budget i would say a dcon 15 and a solid 500 or so watts to run on it. or depending on the budget a sa-15 with a solid 1k behind it.

thanks for your response guys sorry that i was asking for ridiculous things i want this for daily driver music and nevr mid the comparison i don knw the exat gometry it was a prefab box this time i plan to do it correct with a good sub a box built to the exact specs i need and 500-1k watts rms i will check out the two subs recommened and the guy builds custom subs unfortunately i wouldnt know the first thing about what motor spider or anything else to use i would like to use my sub in a ported box and i dont care how much of the trunk it takes up i would just like to see what subs are available on a budget for my general things i asked for but will get loud
