'05 RE XXX vs 08 RE MX

I'd figure the MX would be the better choice riight.
I cant get an 05 RE XXX 15 for 300

or

I can get a 06-08 RE MX 15 for 300

Which one has the better output? better SQ

how much power do you have on tap?

The MX is a bit more power hungry than a XXX

They are both very siliar in output and sound. Id take the MX actually...

All personal preference on my end but I would take the '05 xxx all day long.
