05' Durango Replacement Subwoofer

Hey all,

I currently have a 2005 Dodge Durango with the factory Infinity system //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif I will be fiberglassing a custom enclosure to go in the factory location(which currenty has a decent size plastic box with a crappy paper Infinity 8". The enclosure will be small, about .5-.7 cuft in the right rear quarter of the cargo area. I will enlarge the factory hole to accomidate a 10". My question is which sub will work best in a small sealed enclosure, have good sq, better spl, is less than 6" in depth, under 500W and under $150 bucks? I've looked at dozens of subs and manufacturers say that several of their models "work" in small boxes, but Alpine also says that about their R's(which I have but promptly built a ported box after they sounded like poo in my first sealed box). Is there anyone who makes a 10" that can work in .5 and have good low end extension?

I would say something from ID but likely it won't fit into your stated budget...

I might be able to squeeze the wife out of another $50 as I've been looking at ID, eD, TC(TC-1000) but they don't show dimensions and their forums=still broke:crap: , Alpine(E or S series), Kicker(I can enlarge the hole to square)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif, JL, Diamond and few others. Any other ideas on specific models that could work with .5cuft?

Would a CVR10/S10L5/L7 sound good in that small of an enclosure(.5-.7) sealed?

His budget is $150, Assassin 10" is $70.

I would do a 8 inch L5. I would rather do a 8 in a proper size box then a 10 in an undersized box and the 8 inch l5/l7 have real good low end response for an 8
