Doing an install on my sisters 04 mazda 6. having trouble with steering wheel control adapter -SWI Jack. where do i need to hook up the white (interface wire)? Also program function not working properly.

Full install guides are on their website which will tell you which wire to tap into. On my Jeep, I had to get into the steering column and use my DMM to pulse and find the wire there. However, I really suggest you call them because sometimes the guides are wrong.

For my Jeep, both the wire color and program code version in the printed manual were wrong. I called them up and they told me about the error and had me up and running in about 5 mins.

OK what model pac-swi did you buy. Did you buy the metra dash kit? I'll help you out, as I just did this the other month.
