Ok, so recently my 03 eclipse gts was totaled. I had a full memphis audio system with an alpine x-100 head unit. After my car got totaled I salvaged as much as I could of the audio system. Now, I am not current on lingo etc of car audio. My previous stereo was stolen from my eclipse (infinity stock) so my insurance company ended up giving my 2200 for a new stereo. I went to Area 41 in Kennesaw GA and this is what I ended up with....
Fully enclosed box
(2) 12 subs (class d or something. I forget. I can look them up if needed)
(1) 600 or 800 watt amp
(2) 6.5 speakers
(2) 9x6 speakers (i think)
(1) Alpine ida-x100
I do not have the wiring. I do not know the first thing about wiring this system. I have built many computers, so I feel comfortable undertaking this project. The audio place where I currently live estimated installation at over 300 bucks. I think I can do it cheaper.
I guess I need to know what wiring, and how much. The "decks" and if the speakers I have can be put into the truck. etc.
