I wasn't throwing it out there just to hate. It would **** to do all that work and not have the enclosure strong enough. If you plan to glass/matt that will make the corners stronger, but make sure the top/bottom are braced as those are BIG panels, same with the sides.
I'd skip the Liquid Nails as I used it to glue/screw 2x4's on the outside of my last wall and when I took it apart a month later they fell off once the screws were removed. Unless I got 3 tubes that were bad because it didn't bond worth a shit...

Port at head level = easy hair tricks LOL

I've had good results w/ liquid nails. It bonds great to my boxes, but I'm sure that my little single sub boxes don't compare to the huge boxes you build. Maybe a bad batch shipped to the store? I've found that the Liquid Nail in the brown and green tube works great, better than the regular kind. Its the kind that washes off with water and is an off-white color.

No, liquid nails is just shit. Titebond is the best Ive found so far, but its pricey

Generic carpenters glue is beter than liquid nails, and half the price

thanks man. yea i work full time also but we only worked 40 hours last week so i had a full 3 day weekend and decided to do some work.

got some moar done today.

took it back out to titebond all the way around (i put about a 1/2 inch bead all the way around the inside) and set it in the sun to dry. its 97 degreez out so it should be dry in a couple hours lol. thats it for today. gonna do some laundry and relax.

its actually 2 different parts, top and bottom. so you just take the dimensions of both and add them. came out to be about 15 cubes

Dude his box is barely even irregular, you just split it up into rectangles and triangles then add the volumes together. Simple geometry...
