01 ford expo with mach stereo???

Well, i have a 2001 ford expedition and it has the mach stereo with the 8" woofer in the back. What i needed to know, since the stock amp is with the sub in the back, is which wires are which. Like the plug the plugs into the front of the amp. The reason is because i want to put one 12" in the very back and if i dont need to run a remote wire and the input wires then why do it. I know i will have to run the power wire so that isnt a problem, i just wanted to bypass the stock sub and put in a new one. Any help at all with this because i really need it.
