01 F-150, Mach 5 10" IXL, and SAZ1000d or 1500

I have an 01 f-150 supercab. I'm putting a box under the seat with 1 sub.

I'm thinking I'm going with a Mach 5 IXL5 10" driver - link http://www.affordabledrivers.com.au/...&products_id=4

It wants atleast .6 cuft in a sealed box and a mounting depth of 5.5" - check out the Dimesions heading.. I'm taking the "depth" to be mounting depth.

If I picked up a music moose single box, link http://musicmooseaudio.com/ford_f_150b_single.html

it'll yield .84 cuft and has a mounting depth of 5.75"

The sub is:

1000 watts RMS

Coils wired in series (4 Ohm nominal impedance),

Impedance: 2 + 2 Ohm (DVC)

The sundown 1000 is:

----RMS power, 2 ohm linkable/dual mono

1800W x 1CH

----RMS power, 1 ohm mono

1000W x 1CH

----RMS power, 2 ohm mono

600W x 1CH

----RMS power, 4 ohm mono

300W x 1CH

The Sundown 1500 is:

----RMS power, 2 ohm linkable/dual mono

3000W x 1CH

----RMS power, 1 ohm mono

1500W x 1CH

----RMS power, 2 ohm mono 800W x 1CH

----RMS power, 4 ohm mono

400W x 1CH

The headunit is an alpine cda9886 with infinity 6032cf 2ways in all 4 corners. I want to throw a Sundown 100.4 to these speakers.

What do I need to do as far as batteries and alternators?

Anything else I'm overlooking in this setup? I've never put one in a truck..

You might need to add a second bat if your voltage drop is too bad.

But just try it out first, do the Big 3, and see where you stand

The big 3 being: Alternator to battery positive, engine to chassis ground, and battery to chassis ground?

Any thoughts on this in an extended cab f-150?
