Interested in buying a 2500d sometime in the future, and want to get Knu 0 ga wire. But looks like they have 4ga pwr/gnd inputs.

So anyway, my question is, how do I use 0 ga wire with that amp? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

No need to apologize, I thought that you were kinda directing that to my question. I knew i saw a question going on the same lines of mine, but couldn't find it in the search menu.

But then I looked at other topics and saw you're doing that in alot of them.

when I got my 2500d I didnt have a dist block, so I just cut back about 4" of insulation of the power/ground wire, and then just split the 0ga in 1/2, so its very close to 2 sets of 4 guage. Once wired into the amp, just get electrical tape and tape up the exposed 4 power/gnd wires and you're good to go. I had it like this for 2 weeks, until I got my dist block w/o a single problem, but it looks like crap. It'll work for you until you get a dist block.
