microphone

I'm considering getting an Alpine iLX-507 head unit that has time correction and comes with a microphone with 12.5 feet of cable. Is that the same mic that would be used for the Bluetooth phone functions? My car has a mic in the dash that I'd like to use for that.

SO i just purchased the cq-cm130u off of someone and it turns out it has rca input on the back i know it s for the mic but could i use it with my rca to headphone adapter and use my phone through it?And also what would be the model number of the mic that works with this stereo? Thanks!!!
