I'm not even sure what that is exactly.

A more technical repair forum would be (link below), but unless you have a little experience and tools, repairing might be near impossible. It is not a car audio forum, but mostly amplifier repair help and such, very little to do with car audio otherwise. If that is just a switching supply for whatever processor it is, it should be fairly easy to repair if its dead, but hard to see the parts in the photos.

Anyway, try here:

I don’t see the burnt area. If you had a schematic of the EQ, then you could just replace that part and see if all things works out. That round thing with the wiring? Is that the inductor? It’s usually a few parts, then the change. Since I cannot see any burnt parts, your best bet is to follow that. What ever is burnt, change it. Then test the EQ. If it works, great. There is a company in the states that you can visit. Millions of electronics parts. Mouser, Located in the i think Ohio or Indiana. The name is Mouser and they sell electronics parts like the inductor. They have a website too. You’ll need to be a member of the website to buy from their company. There may be a small fee since they’re a world wide company.

But ah…good luck in fixing this. It looks straight forward fix. I saw this kinds of fix on the videos lessco has them out. Also need to pay a fee for their group.
