Pioneer DEH-P9400BH – Bluetooth Audio Missing After Memory Reset

Hey! I know it’s an older system, but I purchased a 2003 Acura MDX that has a Pioneer DEH-P9400BH installed. I was previously able to connect my old phone to Bluetooth with no issues. However, after getting a new phone and trying to connect it, I received the error message: “Device Full.”

I looked up how to clear previous devices and was instructed to clear the memory, which I did. After that, the device list was cleared, and my new phone connected successfully... but the Bluetooth audio option completely disappeared. My phone calls still come through the system just fine, and interestingly, music will play through the speakers while I’m on a phone call, but it stops as soon as the call ends.

What could have happened, and what needs to be done to fix this? Thanks in advance!
