i meant would it dumb to, intsead of mounting the loc behind the factory HU, to mount it in the rear of car using longer wires from the speaker leads. it sounds stupid when i write it im gonna be running my amp speaker output wires to the factory harness behind the radio

can i run wires all the way from the headunit back to my loc? or would that be dumb?
