i play mp3 cds, and I keep it on full close, but still, it managed to mess up.

Well, I hoped it wouldn't happen to me, but it did. The swing face on my 9851 is messed up, and is constantly getting stuck. I found that if i pull on it while pressing open, it can open if it's stuck. It's to the point where to about 50% chance it will open on its own. I bought it at bestbuy...

heh, I have this headunit, and by default the subwoofer output is set very low, you have to set it to the max which i think is 15. just press the but knob like 3 times to get to it.

I remember correctly xenons would put out the same amount of power in 1 ohm as it would at 4 ohm, so running it at 4 ohm would be the best since you won't get any more power out of it.

My old sony unit used to skip so bad. I got the 9851 and it is great, though mp3s can skip at times. All I use is mp3 playback now, it's great with mp3s and loads them pretty fast.
