The gain is not set all the way up. Even when I turn the gain down, the fuses still blow. The gain was never properly sent. Just set based on sound.

I installed my amp and sub a few weeks back and it was doing great and hitting hard. A "new plastic" smell became to come from where I have the amp and sub. The amp smells more like the smell than the sub. The speaker and amp information is below. I'm only pushing a single sub so i'm not sure...

I heard there is a way to go through the firewall through an opening below the steering column. Is this how you set yours up? Do you have your amp mounted at the rear of the cab or under the passenger seat?

I need some help. I have my amp and battery located on the passengers side of the vehicle. There is no way to go through the firewall without drilling a hole through the firewall on the passenger side. How has everyone else dealt with this problem?
