Another thing as well, 8" subs tend to lack in the lows department. I went from a single 8" to a single 12" (using the same amp settings), and songs that never had bass before with the 8" sound like a stadium with the 12". And my box was built to sealed specs.

Better check the RMS of those shallows. It's only 350 a piece. But they easily turn little power into big bass... I'm pushing mine with a small 200w rms and it rattles my outside mirrors with the windows closed with the bass notch at +2 and at 25 sound level. Wow that sounded over exaggerated...

The bad thing about those is that they charge you $10 to ship it so you'll be spending close to $20... but at the same note I can't say it'd really be cheaper anywhere else.
