Friend just got back from nationals for weight lifiting..... weighs 135 hes like 5'6, benches 310 (tied record for his class) squats 470, deadlifts 4 something but i would never **** with him :P me on the other hand... weigh 140 bench 160...

Loved how in the NBA Playoffs forum all the hatin on the pistons and then they almost swept the lakers..... 1 lucky shot at the buzzer kept it from happening...

Pistons havnt got credit all year.... it was funny in the Indiana series to because every game the pistons won the pre game of next game the NBA anylists would always say "the pacers wont play that bad of offense again" and sure enough the next game they would shoot 30% from the floor.....
