i got it off!! i bought this used and i see where there is four screw holes in the bottom of the basket..these are missing on mine.. i think i should get the screws for it..im going to call parts express to see if they can get them..

thanks everyone...ups told me it could be to $250 with packing and insurance...i watch a youtube video of the TC 5200 they say just the motor weights 68 pounds and they ship them seperate to.. i really want to just sell this thing local but i do have some people that want me to ship it..

Zeuslicious im kinda new to this site..and i see you build subs and know about tc sounds...i have the 18 eclipse ti pro witch i was told it the same as the TC 5200 on here for sale..how do i take the motor off the basket to ship it safely..

why do you think i trying to take the motor off the basket dummy....shipping would be around $60 vs $250 with it on..

Does any one know how to take the motor off the basket i see where there is 4 screws AND I TOOK THEM OUT but the basket will not come off the motor i dont want to damage this sub..

i cant say one bad thing about the w7s beside they cost alot...they are a bad a$$ subs.. when there working/and hooked up proper that is.. the only time ive seen them blown or the voice coils get damage is when people hook them up to amp thats not made by jl audio or have them in a box that is...

just brought it to my local car audio shop..to have them test it to make 100% sure there is nothing wrong with it.....and they said all coil work and the coils ohm out at 1.5 each sub works 100%...this sub is a freaking monster!!

I dont really know much about this sub but here what i do know..the 4 inch coil is bright copper color,zero coil sag,its a quad coil,,i was told this is the same as a tc sound 5200
