doing a budget install with 1 sa-12 and a 1.75 ^3 inch ported box. i have the wiring alls i need is a decent amp. looking to spend 250 or less. any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. i havent shopped for an amp in quite some time so i have no idea even where to start. thanks!

im almost certain he has the stock wiring from the headunit still connected to the speaker. you should now have only 2 wires connected to each speaker. (positive and negative from the AMP only) you should have no wires running from the head unit to the speaker rca- head unit to amp speaker...

First of go get some speaker wire. Next make sure when u do let's say the front stage both front speakers are 100 percent disconnected from thethe head unit. Im pretty sure you said that you left the negative on from the headunit? That would be your issue along with your lamp wire
