    cdt cambria vs .......anything

I replaced my infinity reference 6.5 coaxials over the weekend with some 6.5 cdt cambrias, and wow what a difference. I wasn't ever really impressed with the infinitites. I am running them at 40 watts each and they don't distort one bit, even though they are rated to 90 watts. Without a...

    Tight box plan????

Tight as in sealed? If so, glue, screws, and silicone will do the trick. Hey, I noticed you're from Yantis. I'm from Wills Point, not too far away. Good Luck.

The Trisquad Are those 10's? How much airspace do you have. I was considering adding a third ten to my truck, but airspace is a limitation. Nice install.

Top view. I bought the subs for about $80 each roughly three years ago. I paid $187 for the bp600.1, and $139 for the p80.4. I have four infinity reference speakers also which total about $100. Add tax, wires, wood, carpet, etc.., and I probably have about $700 in it.

Guys help me find a 4 channel amp...

That's gonna be tough, I would think, to find one amp that puts out that kind of power. Have you considered two amps? You could very easily find what you are looking for with two amps. A 100x2 stereo, and a 500+ monoblock should be easy to find.

Top view. Its behind the seat of a reg. cab truck. The photo was taken through the sliding rear window, strange I know, but it was the only way I could shoot the two amps and both subs.

    Amp selection????

You should be able to get the JBL bp600.1 for $200 shipped. It does 300x1 at 4 ohms, or 600x1 at 2 or 1 ohm (unchanged). Hope this helps.

    Dual Amp Woes

The only drawbacks to running two amps, that I can think of, would be increased space required, and probably a bigger current draw. If you are running your full range speakers of the HU, putting a second amp in will increase your volume without distortion, possible increased clarity, and allow...

Are the JBL amps (1200/1 + 80/4) good?

The bp amp is a class d, which is more energy effecient that others (a/b). I would think with that kind of power, in any class amp, you would need to beef up your electrical system. I have a bp600.1 and the p80.4 in a 1999 GMC Sierra truck. Those are the only aftermarket electrical items that...
