That's gonna be tough, I would think, to find one amp that puts out that kind of power. Have you considered two amps? You could very easily find what you are looking for with two amps. A 100x2 stereo, and a 500+ monoblock should be easy to find.

I found an Autotek 4 channel amp...probably good enough...

110x4 @ 4ohms

450x2 @ 2ohms bridged....

What do you guys think about this amp?

Forgot the Autotek 4 channel is $400.... Good dela isn't it?
