thanks guys. the panels were a pain in the ass and took a while to get them how i wanted but im very happy with them. here are some build pics.

some of the projects ive done

JL "premium" RCAs or whatever the hell they're called.. they were comped, so i put them in.

my fist set up was a pair of JBL 12" woofers (circa 1998-1999) in a bandpass box that i built in woodshop at school. the box actually hit considering the fact that i had NO idea on how to tune a box. i just made it look cool. the syetem was hooked up to a 300w phase linear amp.

if you have a single 2 ohm DVC then you can wire it to 1 ohm or 4 ohms.

Av is the area of the port in square inches Fb is the tuning frequency Vb is the NET box volume in cubic inches what you have posted there is a tuning frequency of 333

i'm still not sure. depends on how much money i waste during my SEMA trip.

try posting what loads the amp can handle or the amp model so we have a clue as to what you're working with.

he realized he cant get the cover out and has scrapped the whole thing! j/k..i dont know but i do want to see how it turns out.

i made some for my WRX and they worked out just fine. mine stick out more than most people would have them but my legs never hit them under normal driving. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=133207

if you wanted you're box to just be smooth i guess you could properly prep your box and apply a layer of body filler and then sand it down smooth. if you wanted a different shape i wouldn't do such a thing.
