    I remember my first sub....

    my fist set up was a pair of JBL 12" woofers (circa 1998-1999) in a bandpass box that i built in woodshop at school. the box actually hit considering the fact that i had NO idea on how to tune a box. i just made it look cool. the syetem was hooked up to a 300w phase linear amp.

    if you have a single 2 ohm DVC then you can wire it to 1 ohm or 4 ohms.

    Av is the area of the port in square inches Fb is the tuning frequency Vb is the NET box volume in cubic inches what you have posted there is a tuning frequency of 333

    i'm getting free door panels

    bondo instead of fiberglass

    if you wanted you're box to just be smooth i guess you could properly prep your box and apply a layer of body filler and then sand it down smooth. if you wanted a different shape i wouldn't do such a thing.
