Hooking up self powered p300 sub. Wire harness has 4 speaker wires but can I make it work just hooking up one set of speaker wires

I have had this speaker sitting in storage for over 3 years and I bought a new wire harness for it. How do I know which is positive an negative? It had RCA connectors which I cut off since I’m running to factory head unit. I just run one set to rear left speakers and other one to right side...

This multimeter has 5 different settings for ohms, 20m, 2m 200k 2k and 200 and none of them are reading different numbers not even close to 2 ohms

yea man I did it EXACTLY how u said. I have to turn volume up so high to where the door speakers are distorted to even hear the subs at all. and that's with gain more than 3/4 up. I appreciate the help tho don't get me wrong

im abut to go to a friends who has one, it is pretty easy to check once I have a dMM? do I wire it all up thewn just toich the wires where I plug into the amp

im just getting irritated sorry man, so they are dual 2 ohm but I wired them exacly like that pic and I can barely hear the subs

they might be dual 4 ohms im confused. subs are CVR102 back of sub says dual voice coils, 2 ohms....does everyone drill a hole to connect the chambers? I bought a pro box so I figured if so it would already have ahole

that's exactly how I did it! only thing different is a didn't run the wires from one sub to the other subs coils. I have no idea how to get the wires from one sub into the other chamber of the box without drilling a hole?! also do I jumper the coils with the white dot together or mix match?

i cant figure out how to upload a pic. so do i wire one pos. to neg with a short wire. then can i run the left over pos and neg to the box terminal. do this with both subs. then tie them together at the amp input?

4 all together, one negative and one pos. on both sides
