I don't think its possible to get pulled over for it where I live (Wilkes-Barre, PA). I thought it was just a rumor until now.

I paid around $150 shipped for them on ebay. I also got a Soundstream VGA 400.2 amp for them for around $180 shipped. I think I did alright

Anyone with this amp or a similar one have any feedback for me before I order? I'm using it to power an Alpine type r 12" Lemme know!

I'm about to order this, except i read a review that stated it is very sensitive when playing burned cd's and will skip very easily if there is even the slightest scratch on the disc. Anyone who has one of these ever had this problem?

What would you suggest then? One mono amp for the sub, and then a 2 channel amp for my comps?

Same question as the original, but replace the VGA 320.4 with a VGA 500.4 How do you think that would work out? btw Can someone explain how to figure this out myself so I don't have to bother you wonderful people

I recently purchased a VGA 320.4 amp on ebay and have it powering 2 Alpine type r comps. Being that I am a complete newb, could someone tell me whether or not the remaining channels on the amp would be enough to power 1 Alpine 10" type r sub? Also, I noticed there is a 2 ohm and a 4 ohm model...
