    Sounds to me like a voltage issue. Test ur voltage with a dmm and let us no what it says.

    Youll be fine. Maybe get a new battery if u get some dimming. But put it in and see, doesnt hurt to try. Also, u can pry get a louder setup for cheaper than that kicker setup. I have a hfionics brutus forsale if ur interested, 1600 @1ohm 225$.

    What's the vc config on those subs, u nevr did tell us. Demanding on that u can choose a amp from there. I would go with a mono that does 1400-1600wrms bc those subs are underrated. If u have dimming do big3, than a batt. Big 3 cost less, so I would do it first.

    Sounds like ur at to low of a ohm load for the amp, that's why it would cut out and is extremly hot. After all the abuse and stupidity on ur part, the amp gave up. Send her in and get a new one. This time wire it to the correct ohm load bud and quit being stupid!

    get a new amp, something that does 1200-1400wmrs. U will be surprised how loud the Rs get with proper power and a well built box

    u are slow my guy.. Mofos ****,i hate to break the news to you that they are, but all PA audio equipment sucks. That amp is 1ohm stable, why wouldnt you believe the manufactures specs, they did make the equipment.

    What do u mean so so at 1 ohm? I've never seen a hifonics have any problem running at 1ohm. U shoulda said a Sony or a kicker, that's not even rated at 1ohm.( can handle it with the right electrical) there's no need to give false info to noobs who already have trouble understanding.
