Check out the local junkyard/pick-and-pulls. You can usually find something of use so long as the car isn't too new. Other than that you might have to buy from the local official Ford dealership. And overpay out the ***. Might be wrong though!

The only displacement that isn't accounted for is the sub. Mostly because I'm thinking about inverting the sub anyway. I *did* account for the port volume. The box's internal volume is 5.292 cuft before any displacement. How much net volume are you thinking is needed/best?

FYI i only have one battery and it's a Kinetik HC1800. Tonight I drove about 6 hours in the car on and off; i'd say 90% of the time, the car was on. At the end of the night, the car idled at 13.0v, made it up to 13.8v at 2krpm, and rested at 12.45v when the car was turned off. (lights were on)...
