Does having a small hole in a ported box matter much?

First off, very nice choice on the Cerwins. I also have 2 of them, although they are the Vega 10's. Going from sealed to ported is going to sound awesome. However, I need to know the size of the subs before I can help you.

OK......I have everything working, the holes cut out and my subs back in. I must say that vented sounds MUCH better than sealed. However, I think there may be a problem. I did not know how to figure in the port length and volume of the port etc.. into the equation. WinISD did it for me, however...
