i am going to build a 3.5 cubic foot box at 30hz listed in the free box plans going to use a Orion HCCA122 sub and Orion HCCA5000.1D amp or possibly a Orion XTR3700.1D cant decide. going to run this sub at 1ohm going with 30hz because i don't like hearing tones from the sub just chest crushing...

ok thanks guys in that case think i will go with an Orion HCCA5000.1D its their new ultra efficient class D amp does 5000 watts at 1ohm at only 12.6V

yeah custom sounds like fun. but what do you go by if not what the site calls for optimum ported box? i might have the 2 hifonics amps sooner than i thought

well they have ported specs for those subs on there site i might give that a shot

ultimat t3-1000d says 2700 watts at 2ohms i have no idea what im getting just for a few months then i plan on getting 2 hifonics BRX2400.1D and 2 xs d3100 battery might try a sealed box but only because i was so disappointed with my type rs in a ported just dont like to hear the bass just feel...

massives cant play rock or metal type of music but are crazy awesome for dance pop and electronic music. its a 2006 chrysler 300c and i have dynomated the doors i used a mdf plate to fill the 6x9 hole then offset the 6.5" to fit the tweeter above now this system sounds amazing playing crazy...

ok so im going to far past my budget now so all these 8" midrange cant play midbass how can a 6.5" component set play both midrange and midbass or is one just missing? one set of these high preformance 8"midrange and a tweeter set in the doors wont sound good? or will it sound way better than...
