Alright, if you are looking for sound quality, go for the DEX-P9. Be warned, the unit without the DEQ-P9 is not going to really wow too many people. Feature wise, the 940 has much more overall, with time correction, mp3 and graphical display. This is a great unit, have no doubt about that...
