So I'm building an enclosure for my gf's 2007 tacoma double cab behind the rear seats for a Sundown SD-8. I just ripped off the panels and measured what I can use and now I'm stuck with the big building question: would it be better to design an enclosure with the port to the side or facing...

I'm looking to do that sd-10 ported, not sealed. And I was planning on ripping out the panels in the back and making more room. Just was wondering if anyone had experience with the amount of space back there

I seen a guy rip off the back panel and he put a id max 12 in there. I was planning on purchasing the sd-10 but I just told her about my plan unfortunately so i'm going in tomorrow or sunday to rip this apart
