At 31.6 volts it def does not sound like 1000watts rms...i can turn the gain up more with no distortion. At 31.6 volts, the gain is half way up with 0 bass boost and my lc7i bass channel is turned way down with zero accubase.

That *****. The amp is already installed and running my system. The subs are rates 500rms each so 1000 rms total. They are only half powered Could I buy a mono 1000 amp and run it along with the 5 channel? Jus disconnect the sub channel on the 5 channel?

My final question is my subs can hit pretty low bass. But how can i make the low deep bass sound louder? The overall bass is really loud but when it hits the real low bass it doesnt seem as loud. Is there a way you can fix that using any of the amp controls settings?

well my box is 16H x 40W x 17 Depth. Cutout/Diameter of length is 14-1/8 inch. and 4.0 cubic feet per chamber. can you tell what its tuned at from that?

I do not have one. Im going to stop at best buy tomm and ask them if they can test it real quick. Does that make sense though? That maybe they wired them at 4ohm instead of 1ohm?
