is it possible to run speakers off of normal wiring harness on a HU and run all 6 preamp outs at the same time? or does one cancel the other out?

How does the Massive Audio Nx5 compare to the Boss CE2505, the Boss is half as much and more powerful, whats the catch, which one should i go with, i'm trying to get 120-150w rms x4ch + 1sub channel, or 100w rms x4ch if i have to. do you have any other suggestions? Thanks
