I agree with this guy. It definately sounds like the Head Unit because the speakers as you said come back after a while of turning everything off. The Amp the H/U probably doesnt have enough Power for the speakers you have. CHECK GROUNDS ALSO. Always a good thing to check those guys!

On top of those ideas maybe look at the fuse you installed on the power line from your Battery to your Amps. If you have more than one AMp connected up to that line remember that You must have a fuse that has a combined Amperage higher than that which all the accessories require added together...

I dont think my System ( mainly the battery and alternator ) can support it with a steady enough voltage. So, it pretty much is useless for me. I would have to say this piece of equipment is for a higher end Stereo setup than mine.
