Capacitor Help: Multi Farad

I am trying to find out what Capacitors there are out there that would be a good fit for my system to basically help settle some of the slight dimming I have with my lights.

 

Any suggestions?

The best one I've heard of is the Rockford Fosgate CPCC40 40 Farad Cap... Throw some others out there so I dont have to fork out $460. The Cap does not need to have 40 farads I think I could get by with anything greater than 5. Ihave come to the understanding that the more farads you have the better off you will be inthe end....

That depends upon my other post about my 12 w7's and a small AMP for my highs and mids but thats very low wattage ...

I have 2 JL Audio 12 W7's and would like to put them on a 2 channel amp. Now Im confused about what OHMs it will be running at only because I am a newb to all the stereo Biz stuff. The JL 12 w7's are SVC 3 ohm speakers. Im just looking for an alternative to buying the actual JL Amps because of costs.

Does this amp look like a good fit for the subs?

Will it supply the right amount of power to the subs at the correct OHMs?

So since it is a 2 channel amp does that mean it will still run at 3 OHMs ?

What does OHMs do for the system, I mean whats better to have Higher or Lower Ohms?

Don't want to get flammed, but why do you need a cap?

Yeah, You most likely dont need a cap, Unless they have a ultra low ESR they are pretty much Useless for power stiffening purposes. Do a search for the Big three and then do that

Big 3 isnt that the Larger cableing from the Alt to Bat and Chassi to engine block?

Question is there already a line from the chassi tot he engineblock that I should look for?

and this should help with the dimming?
