    Help! Installation problem!

I have an 09 mazda 6 and i just installed front and rear alpine type-r speakers. the front are component and the rear are coaxial, which makes 6 speakers. the back speakers and the front woofers work perfect, but the tweeters in the front have a very noticeable volume difference. the left...

    Changeing door speaker size?

well, not quite because I am working with a smaller hole and trying to build it out. I know I will porbably have to take out the guts of my door and cut a hole large enough for the speaker. the problem is after I cut it out I have no way of mounting anything in there.

    new here quick questio

crutchfield has nice premade boxes. I've used 2 different q-logic ones and they look and work great. Crutchfield Enclosures you could probably post under the wanted section that you want a custom box made. don't forget to check what airspace your subs will run best in and wether they run...

    new here quick questio

Alpine has comparable type-x 1000w rms/3000w max subs. every brand has different level models. the alpines are a better deal for the money. power consumption doesn't always determine quality and loudness. $220msrp for 500rms for the alpine as a pose to $320msrp for 600rms for the jvc at the...

    What happened to Alphasonik?

Agreed, it is audiobling, but it is pretty great in my opinion for the amp I have (PMA1000DA). My subs run very nicely and bump hard, it doesn't heat up (running at 4ohm), and it has lots of nice perks. It has an orange bass boost remote knob that flashes red when the subs distort, a remote...

    new here quick questio

i think you'd be way better off with the alpines. they would match your amp better at 2ohm, be louder, and handle more power. i haven't heard any jvc stuff and no1 i know has any jvc stuff. I don't think jvc is very popular either. I see it as a wal-mart brand if you want assurance for the...

    Changeing door speaker size?

That link is only really about deadening sound. it doesn't really tell me how to make a speaker fit in my door. Anyone else have ideas?
