it sounds like you can do it, i got a 9.0 cubc ft box in my 87 nissan sentra back in the day two 18s ported through the rear deck. build the box in the car.. if you figure that you need 6 cubes just design a box that fits in there but cut it in a way that you assemble in the car... i doing...

it depends on how thin you cut it. i have no problem bending it and as long as you dont over extend it it wont break. experiment on scrap pieces untill you got it. i fill the gaps with a mix of glue and saw dust or just glue if im r3eally jammin ill use resin and matt but glue works good.

im doing a box for my lexus, ill be using two areo ports.. i am actually rabbitting an edge into the port pipe to accomadate the areo port, then ill smooth out the inside of the port by the seams with some body filler. ill be doing that tommorrow so ill post pics.

wow i have much more respect for ya, i understand your postion of being out of it for a couple of years. for me its been 4 years and now it has opened me up for differnt brands and that is good, there are alot of other brands that seem to me before like not worth looking at that actuaally...
