no b/c when u bridge a 4channel amp it's like making it a 2 channel amp and all u need is 2 inputs a left and a right rca don't split them,but if u do ur still sending the same signal voltage

don't go by fuse size but i have a jbl px300.4 and it ran my highs good so i would go w/ the jbl

i believe that fi and re are the same since one owns the other our something like that but audique is an awesome brand they're owned by digital design and my friend josh who does spl competitions is running 5 batteries and two hifonics goliath 5000 watt amps and he has a stock alt.

not necessarily i have 4 double 18" jbl cabinets that are 1600rms and i have crown microtech 2400's running stereo giving each cabinet 800 rms and i'm getting a 5500 sqft.rm to 130db and have no strain on the amps

sounds like the amp is f***ed up to me send a 40hz test tone and put ur voltmeter on the positive and negative of the sub channel and see how much ac and dc voltage u have u want 0 dc voltage it will fry ur voicecoil if u send enough through it

if it says 1000rms a 1200watt amp would be good enough if ur not going into competitions so i would say a hifonics bxi1206d it sends 1200watts rms into 1 ohm and it's $230.

i could blow 2 type r's away w/ one of my pr12's in a ported box but my friend has 2 10in. pioneer premiers in a ported box and they slam so yeah good setup and hifonics brutus amps are good for the money

from wat JL claims the 13w6 can move 89% are than the 12w6 if that says anything?

i would suggest a hifonics brutus 1600watt amplifer thats wat my friend uses to run his 2 12in l7s

yes it will be stereo if ur sending a left and right rca to each bridged channel thats how i run my amplifier on 2 subs.

i think 4 gauge should be good enough i'm running a jblpx300.4 which is about 800rms and it's all the way back in my trunk and it never warms up.

so how did u calculate ur port length and all that good stuff?
