For the budget you have the Diamond Audio subs are a good choice imo

It's possible to damage your subs, since they take much of the abuse when your playing them but everything else would be fine imo

Out of all those the Focal would be the best far as sound quality goes.

They're decent subs, but if your gettin them cheap go for it.
