Telling the citizens to resist and refusing to enforce laws, ie traffic laws to promote this shyt certainly seems like insurrection. And insurrection would go beyond politicians and should include the leadership of these protest groups.

They have to understand that Asians are also considered a privileged group and therefore are legitimate targets for the "victim" group. Not only is this guy getting out of jail ASAP, but I'd bet the farm this guy has been in and out jail already, with a lot more "out of jail" than he deserves.
